T&Cs

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older
• If participants are under 18, they must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

2. Legal guardians must provide:

• Parental consent form
• Copies of guardian’s identification
• Copy of participant’s birth certificate

3. Photoshoot Guidelines

• Each participant must bring a minimum of 3 different outfit sets
• Photoshoot duration: 30-45 minutes
• Studio will provide various props and backdrops
• Approximately 24-30 images will be produced per session

4. Image Rights and Licensing

4.1. Image Usage Consent

• By participating in this photoshoot, you grant the studio:
  • Non-exclusive rights to upload images to stock photography websites
  • Permission to sell images on platforms including:
• iStockphoto
• Getty Images
• Dreamstime.com
• Other selected stock imagery platforms

4.2. Revenue Sharing Model

• Stock website commission
• Remaining proceeds split between:
  • Photography Studio
  • Photographer
  • Model/Participant

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• Used solely for campaign purposes
• Securely stored
• Not shared with third parties without consent

6. Image Release

• Participants grant full image usage rights
• Images may be used for stock photography, marketing, and promotional materials
• No additional compensation beyond agreed revenue share

7. Liability and Indemnity

• Studio is not responsible for personal belongings
• Participants agree to release studio from any liability during the photoshoot

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Appointments can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice
• No-show without prior notification may disqualify future participation

9. Consent and Signature

• Understanding of all terms
• Voluntary participation
• Consent to all conditions outlined
